How to measure
- Underbust — wrap the tape snugly right under your bust, level all the way around. Breathe out and read the number.
- Overbust — wrap the tape around the fullest part of your bust, loose enough to slide two fingers under.
- Find the row where both numbers land. If they fall in different rows, follow your underbust.
Getting the fit right
- The band does the work. It should sit level and take two fingers underneath, no more.
- Start on the loosest hook and move inwards as the elastic relaxes.
- Band riding up at the back means go one size down; digging in means go one up.
- Measure over a non-padded bra or bare skin, tape parallel to the floor.

Hand wash in cool water with a mild detergent. Do not bleach, do not wring, and do not tumble dry. Reshape the cups while damp and dry flat in the shade. Hand washing keeps the elastic and the shape of the cups lasting far longer.
