Measure your underbust
Wrap the tape snugly around your ribcage, just below your bust. Keep it level and breathe normally.

Measure your overbust
Measure around the fullest part of your bust without squeezing, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.

Getting the fit right
- Find the row where both of your numbers land. If they fall in different rows, go by your underbust.
- The band does the work. It should sit level around your body and take two fingers underneath, no more.
- Start on the loosest hook. As the elastic relaxes with wear, move inwards.
- If the band rides up at the back, go one size down. If it digs in, go one up.
- Straps should stay put without carrying the weight. Tighten them last.
