Terms of Service

This website is operated by Sia Bella (“we”, “us”, “our”). By visiting siabella.in or buying from us you agree to these terms and to the policies linked from them. Please read them before you place an order. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. Our store is hosted on Shopify.

1. Using this site

By agreeing to these terms you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you have permission from a parent or guardian. You agree not to use our products or this site for any unlawful purpose, not to break any law that applies to you, and not to upload anything malicious.

2. Products, sizes and colours

We do our best to show our products accurately. Colours can look different from one screen to another, and measurements can vary slightly between batches. Our size guide gives measurements in centimetres and is the best way to choose your size. Products are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities or stop selling a product at any time.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time before you place an order. Payment is taken through Shopify’s checkout and its payment partners; we never see or store your full card details. If a payment fails or is flagged for review, we may hold or cancel the order, and we will tell you if we do.

4. Orders

Your order is confirmed when we send you a confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if there is an error in a price or description, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery timelines are set out in our Shipping Policy, and returns, exchanges and refunds in our Returns & Refunds policy. Both form part of these terms.

6. Intellectual property

Everything on this site — the Sia Bella name and logo, photography, product descriptions, page copy and design — belongs to us or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.

7. Content you send us

If you send us reviews, photographs, comments or ideas, you allow us to use, edit and publish them for the brand without payment. Please do not send anything that is not yours to share, anything untrue, or anything that breaks the law. We may remove such content, and we are not obliged to keep or return anything you send.

8. Third-party links and services

The site links to and uses services we do not control, such as payment gateways, courier partners, review tools and Instagram. We are not responsible for their content or their policies, so please read their terms before you use them.

9. Accuracy of information

We try to keep this site accurate and current, but information here may sometimes be incomplete or out of date. We may change content at any time and are not obliged to update it.

10. Personal information

Personal information you give us is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or our products. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Indian consumer law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the change.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
