Shipping Policy

Dispatch

Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 24 hours of being placed. Orders placed on a Sunday or a public holiday go out on the next working day.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days of dispatch, depending on your pincode. Metro cities are usually quicker, and remote pincodes can take a little longer. Courier delays, weather and public holidays can add a day or two — if anything looks stuck, write to us and we will chase it for you.

Shipping charges

Shipping is free on all orders above ₹999. Below that, a flat shipping fee is shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

As soon as your parcel leaves us you will get a tracking link by email and SMS. It can take a few hours for the courier’s first scan to show up.

Your address

Please check your address and phone number before you pay. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete or nobody could be reached, we will get in touch to re-ship it, and a re-shipping charge may apply. Need to correct an address? Email us before the order is dispatched and we will update it if it has not left yet.
