Returns & Refunds
We want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, you can return or exchange it within 7 days of delivery.
What we can take back
Because intimates are personal, we can only accept items that are:
- unworn, unwashed and undamaged,
- with the tags and the hygiene seal still attached,
- in their original packaging.
Anything that has been worn, washed or altered, and anything bought in a final-sale or clearance offer, cannot be returned.
How to start a return
Call us on +91-8810261868, email officialsiabella@gmail.com or message us on Instagram at @siabella.in within 7 days of delivery, with your order number, the item you want to send back and the reason. We will confirm your request and arrange a pickup wherever our courier partner services your pincode. Where it isn’t serviceable, we will share a return address so you can send the parcel yourself. Please wait for our confirmation before shipping anything back — parcels sent without a confirmed return cannot be accepted.
Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? Tell us when you get in touch. Exchanges depend on stock at the time your return reaches us; if the size you want has sold out, we will refund you instead.
Refunds
Every return goes through a quick quality check when it arrives. Once it passes, we raise the refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. For cash-on-delivery orders we will ask for your bank details and transfer the amount. Shipping charges paid on the original order are not refunded.
Damaged, wrong or missing items
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with photos and an unboxing video if you have one. We will replace the item or refund it in full, including shipping.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order any time before it is dispatched — call us on +91-8810261868 or email us with your order number and we will refund it in full. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled, but you can still return it under this policy.
