How to measure
- Underbust — wrap the tape snugly right under your bust, level all the way around. Breathe out and read the number.
- Overbust — wrap the tape around the fullest part of your bust, loose enough to slide two fingers under.
- Find the row where both numbers land. If they fall in different rows, follow your underbust.
Getting the fit right
- The band does the work. It should sit level and take two fingers underneath, no more.
- Start on the loosest hook and move inwards as the elastic relaxes.
- Band riding up at the back means go one size down; digging in means go one up.
- Measure over a non-padded bra or bare skin, tape parallel to the floor.

What happens after I place my order?
You’ll get an order confirmation by email straight away. We pack your order and hand it to the courier within 24 hours, and as soon as it leaves us you’ll get a tracking link by email and SMS.
How can I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping email or SMS. It can take a few hours for the courier’s first scan to show up, so check again a little later if it looks empty.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it hasn’t been dispatched. Call us on +91-8810261868 or email officialsiabella@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll update your address or cancel the order and refund it in full. Once an order has shipped it can’t be cancelled, but you can still return it.
My order says delivered, but I haven’t received it. What now?
Check with family, neighbours or your building’s security first. If it still hasn’t turned up, call us on +91-8810261868 and we’ll chase it with the courier for you.

You can return or exchange an item within 7 days of delivery. Because intimates are personal, it needs to be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with the tags and hygiene seal still attached, in its original packaging. Final-sale and clearance items can’t be returned. Read the full policy.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Within 7 days of delivery, call us on +91-8810261868, email officialsiabella@gmail.com or message us on Instagram at @siabella.in with your order number, the item and the reason. We’ll confirm and arrange a pickup wherever our courier partner serves your pincode. Please wait for our confirmation before sending anything back.
Can I exchange for a different size or colour?
Yes. Tell us which size or colour you’d like when you start your return. If it has sold out by the time your return reaches us, we’ll refund you instead.
When will I get my refund?
Every return gets a quick quality check when it arrives. Once it passes, we raise your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. For cash-on-delivery orders, we’ll ask for your bank details and transfer the amount.
Are shipping charges refunded?
Shipping charges paid on the original order aren’t refunded. If your item arrived damaged, wrong or missing, we refund it in full, shipping included.

The courier usually tries again or calls you, so keep your phone nearby. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete or nobody could be reached, we’ll get in touch to re-ship it, and a re-shipping charge may apply.
